Here is a selection of information for all captains, players and visiting teams about match day practice and procedures. They are provided to assure a smooth running of the home match day.

 

Saturday games are League fixtures and begin at 13:30. Players are advised to be at the club by 12:30 to help the captain to get everything in order for the start of play.

Sunday games are friendly fixtures and begin at 14:00. Players are advised to be at the club by 13:00 to help the captain to get everything in order for the start of play.

Rules of play for games at WSL

Each game will be 40 overs per side and not a timed game
Bowlers will only be permitted to bowl a maximum of 8 overs

Teas are made on a rota system. Players making teas are expected to spend £35 as the visiting side will be required to pay that amount to cover the costs.

Players are asked to buy the teas out of their own money and then be reimbursed once the visiting team has paid.

Remember to buy a 4 pint carton of milk

Aim to buy 4 loaves of bread for the sandwiches.

Use an assortment of fillings including a vegetarian option.

Buy crisps, biscuits, fruit, sausage rolls, pies, cakes etc to supplement the sandwiches.
